Return and Exchange Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges are free of charge, subject to availability of the desired item. Feel free to contact us at contact@pearlofme.com with any questions regarding returns or exchanges.
Exceptions or Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
